This is a simple guide to help you navigate in the CNR - GNDCI web site The web site is built supposing that you are using a web brouser (Netscape 4.5 or later, Internet Explorer 5.0 or later) that supports frames., and that the resolution of your computer screen is at least 800 x 600 pixels. Buttons to the left of the GNDCI home page are sensible to the mouse. They are hypertext links that take you to different web pages, each covering a main topic of GNDCI activities, projects or products. In normal state buttons are blue, with yellow text. When the mouse goes over a button, or the button is selected the colour revert to yellow (with blue text).

Projects		Access to the home pages of some of the most important GNDCI projects, including the AVI, SCAI and VAPI projects.
Documents		Final and progress reports prepared by GNDCI research teams. Reports are available in PDF or HTML format.
Library		Takes you to a variety of bibliographical and reference data, mostly on landslides and floods in Italy.
Meetings		Meetings, congresses, workshops, symposia on geological and hydrological hazard and risk.
Training		Training activities organised or sponsored by GNDCI.
Software		You can download or get access to information on software packages made availabe by GNDCI scientists.
Information system		Access to the GNDCI infromation systems. A password is required and all transaction are logged. A wealth of information on landslide and floods in Italy.
Internet resources		Internet resources on natural hazards and related risks.
Hydrological data		Mean daily discharge values for 79 gauging stations in Central Italy. Data, published by Servizio Idrografico e Mareografico Italiano, were digitised by the Istituto di Idraulica of the Perugia University.
IRPI institutes		Takes you to the home pages  of the four Istituti di Ricerca per la Protezione Idrogeologica, in Torino, Padova, Perugia and Cosenza.
